Subject of the bonus program
- The Compass Group bonus system is a loyalty program for registered users of the website.
- The purpose of the program is to encourage customers by accruing bonuses (cashback) for completed trips.
- Bonuses are not monetary funds and can be used solely for partial payment of tickets on the website.

Rights and obligations of the parties
- The company has the right to change the terms of the bonus program by publishing an updated version on the website.
- The user must comply with the website usage rules and the terms of the bonus program.

Conditions and procedure for accruing bonuses
- Bonuses are accrued for purchased tickets — upon completion of the trip within 10 (ten) calendar days after the date of the trip.
- In case of booking, bonuses are accrued within 55 (fifty-five) calendar days after the date of the trip.
- For registering a new user, a bonus of 300 UAH is accrued. Previously registered users do not receive a bonus.
- Bonuses are not accrued if additional discounts or special promotions are applied.

Client levels and transition procedure
- Bronze client — 5% (minimum turnover: from 0 UAH).
- Silver client — 6% (minimum turnover: from 20,000 UAH).
- Gold client — 7% (minimum turnover: from 40,000 UAH).
- Platinum client — 8% (minimum turnover: from 70,000 UAH).
- Infinity client — 9% (minimum turnover: from 120,000 UAH).
- Premium level — 10% (minimum turnover: from 200,000 UAH).
- Transition to a new level occurs automatically upon reaching the corresponding turnover.
- Only the actual amount paid in cash is taken into account. Amounts paid with bonuses are not included in the turnover.

Conditions for using bonuses
- The user may use up to 50% of the available bonuses when paying for a ticket.
- The remaining cost of the ticket must be paid in cash.
- A ticket paid with bonuses cannot be transferred.
- In case of voluntary cancellation of the ticket, bonuses are not refunded.
- In case of flight cancellation by the carrier, used bonuses are returned to the user's balance.
- A ticket can be paid with bonuses if the ticket cost is 50% of the total accumulated bonuses

Liability of the parties
- The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Final provisions
- Participation in the bonus program means the user's full agreement with its terms.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or modify the bonus program without individual notification to users.
